Toscana IGT Bianco - Castello del Tegolato

This delicate wine that is produced exclusively from the specialized vineyards of the castle with refined techniques that gives it a very particular taste and aroma which distinguishes it from all the other wines produced in the area.

Method of Production:

The ripe grapes, handpicked are vinificated following the most modern processes, allowing the must to drain, after soft pressing and vinification.

We leave the wine to refine for three years, thanks to this technique the wine releases an intense aromatic bouquet.
